Groovin’ The Moo has pulled out one of its strongest lineups in years for 2023 as one of Australia’s few remaining touring music festivals mounts a comeback. The regional event, which runs through towns and smaller cities like Wayville, Maitland, Canberra and Bunbury, will bring in some big-name internationals like Fatboy Slim – who has already announced his own headline tour – the reliably chaotic Denzel Curry, “Baddest of Them All” hitmaker Eliza Rose and UK grime king Skepta.

Yes, Skepta. The man who has been promising an Australian tour since before the pandemic finally looks to be making good on the huge demand, which should easily make his sets the festival’s most valuable drawcard as it returns to its full nationwide run after last year’s smaller tour.

Six different states and territories are on the schedule when Groovin’ The Moo makes its way around Australia across April and May. Key to this comeback is the long-awaited dates for Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland – states that missed out on the tour in 2022.

Other drawcards for Groovin’ The Moo 2023 include homegrown favourites like Amy Shark and Ball Park Music, as well as internationals like Alt-J and the excellent Omar Apollo. We’ve included the full lineup below (in alphabetical order) and a link to tickets after the jump.
