UPDATE [08/07/2022]: Now that Splendour in the Grass is just a few weeks away, organisers have revealed the day-by-day breakdown along with the Splendour set times so you can see what kind of clashes you’re in for across the weekend.

And. Well. It looks like Splendour in the Grass has done a fairly decent job at keeping everyone happy for the festival’s big post-pandemic comeback, ensuring there are minimal overlaps between some of the major acts and working up a timetable that should, in theory, avoid all those bottlenecks that inevitably happen when punters are running between stages desperately trying to fit in as much as they can.

There have also been a few lineup changes as well, but nothing that’d majorly disrupt any plans. Surfaces, Mako Road and Adrian Eagle will no longer be performing at Splendour, but psych-rockers Pond and rapper Tasman Keith have stepped in the fill in some of the voids. All the big-tickets names are still very much all-in though, so you’ll get to see the likes of Gorillaz, The Strokes, Tyler, the Creator, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Liam Gallagher and Jack Harlow tear up the Amphitheatre.

So are there any clashes? That really depends on who you want to see. Check out the Splendour in the Grass set times below to see if you’re facing any tough decisions come July 22nd. Or you could just spend the entire weekend spaced out in the Tipi Forest and forget about all those petty concerns in the first place.

Original Article – Splendour In The Grass 2022 Locks In A Bloody Tasty Lineup

By the time Splendour In The Grass 2022 finally rolls around, it will have marked three whole years since 42,000 punters last geed up the hallowed North Byron Parklands – but thankfully, with the confirmation of its lineup, the wait appears to have been a worthwhile one.

“We want to express how deeply grateful we are to our Splendour community for sticking with us during what has been an intensely challenging time for our team and for the whole of the live music industry,” says event Co-Founders Jessica Ducrou & Paul Piticco.

“Your support means the world and we’re so excited to be heading back to Parklands with you all for one next level reunion!”

Once again headlined by The Gorillaz, The Strokes, and Tyler The Creator, in a definitive sign that nature is healing – for real this time – Splendy ’22 is currently scheduled for its time-honoured annual slot: July 22nd to 24th. Anyone holding onto a ticket from last year’s sale needn’t worry a single pretty hair on their heads. Anyone looking to cop a single-day or weekend pass, however, will need to queue up accordingly for pre-loved tickets on December 6th at 9 AM (via Moshtix). Some additional camping spots will also be available if kicking it outdoors happens to be your bag.
