With winter on its way out and things warming up in Sydney, we’re less than a month away from the spring racing season. The Sydney Everest Carnival is set to start on September 21st and the Royal Randwick is set to kick things up a notch with the brand-new Peacock Lounge.

Located in the Winx Stand, the Peacock Lounge is set to be the hottest ticket during the spring racing season. It’s got everything you need for a great day at the races – vibes, drinks and eats. Even if you aren’t there for a punt or you’ve got a mate who isn’t into racing, it still has the makings of an unforgettable day.

Inside the chic lounge is a bespoke James Squire bar that’ll be serving cold bevs, along with a menu of yum cha-inspired dishes. Think steamed pork buns, satay chicken skewers and lobster spring rolls – along with the menu’s real star, prawn and water chestnut dumplings by Hayden Quinn, which will be paired with his signature chilli oil.

Then, kicking off after the last acts, you can expect live music and DJ performances from the likes of Teddy Cream, Levi and Kinder that’ll keep the vibes going.

Sounds pretty good, right? But here’s the thing – it’ll only open for five days, from September 21st to November 5th. That means if you want to hit the lounge, you’ve got to get in while the getting is good.

Entry to the Peacock Lounge is free with a ticket to the Sydney Everest Carnival. But like we said, it’s only open for a limited time. So you and your mates will want to get in early to make sure you don’t miss out.

Here’s when the Peacock Lounge will be open:

  • September 21st – Surf to Turf Day
  • October 5th – TAB Epsom Day
  • October 19th – TAB Everest Day
  • October 26th – Moët and Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day
  • November 5th – The Big Dance on Cup Day

Don’t miss your chance to attend the hottest venue during the Sydney Everest Carnival, get your ticket now.
