Aston Martin might make some of the best-designed supercars on the planet, but that doesn’t mean the British automaker isn’t open to creating luxurious projects without four wheels and a winged emblem. One such project is a remarkable private residence in the heart of Tokyo, dubbed № 001 Minami Aoyama, which offers everything an Aston Martin enthusiast might want including an automotive gallery, wine cellar, private spa, and more.

This isn’t the first time Aston Martin has designed a real estate development, with the brand’s first project being a stunning modernist home in New York’s Hudson Valley back in 2020, constructed on a lush 55-acre property just two hours from Manhattan. Following this successful debut, the supercar manufacturer has set its sights on Asia, selecting the coveted Omotesando area of Minami Aoyama, Tokyo, as the location for its latest venture.

The four-level townhouse boasts a two-car garage (rare in such a densely populated city) for its owner to park their Aston Martins, and is being constructed in partnership with the Japanese luxury concierge Vibroa. If you were hoping to pick up the keys to the property yourself, we’ve got the unfortunate news it has already been sold, with a completion date anticipated for the last quarter of 2023.

With no expense spared on the immaculately designed contemporary home, the owner’s cars will be on full display via a window from the residence into the garage, as well as offering uninterrupted views of the Tokyo skyline from its rooftop terrace. In addition to the wine cellar and private spa we mentioned earlier, the home also boasts a gym, home cinema, and office, as well as sizable living and dining areas.

“As Aston Martin grows in Japan, we are passionate about finding innovative ways to bring our ultra-luxury brand to life and resonate with local consumers,” explained Greg Adams, Aston Martin’s regional president of Japan and South Korea.

“We believe is a perfect home for an Aston Martin owner, with design elements inspired by our breathtaking portfolio of ultra-luxury and high-performance cars.”

It’s an exciting new development from Aston Martin and following the success of both the American project and this stunning Tokyo abode, there will no doubt be more to announce in the years to come. You might have missed your ticket to Tokyo, but London or New York could very well be next in line.
