The Beverly Hills mansion where Zedd actually resides, however, is arguably even sweeter. Perched on a mountain overlooking the kingdom of Los Angeles, while the world’s 18th richest DJ has done very well for himself here in this exceedingly modern abode, he’s now searching for a change in scenery.
Those of you experiencing deja vu may recall when BH covered this exact compound just a few years prior, shortly after it was showcased by Architectural Digest (see the video below). Offering a generous total square footage of 11,043, here you’ll find five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, accompanied by panoramic views, and plenty of space to entertain (indoor + outdoor).

“I follow a bunch of architecture sites I get inspiration from, and I’ve always been into really modern, slick, sharp corners,” Zedd – real name: Anton Zaslavski – had previously explained to the design publication.
“When you buy something of this size you question every little thing. But this is really as close to perfect a house for me as I can get.”
Zedd initially purchased his Beverly Hills mansion located at 3000 Benedict Canyon drive for US$16 million (AU$21.9 million). Convincing him to part ways with his exceedingly contemporary nest will require US$24.9 million (AU$33.8 million) on your end.
