For the very first time since its multi-million-dollar rebuild circa 2009, the megayacht known as Dubawi has hit the market with Worth Avenue Yachts.

As many may have suspected based on the exterior and wildly generous interior dimensions, the Italian liner has spent most of its lifespan as a cruise ship. As a yacht, however, you might be glad to learn it’s only had a single owner and has never been chartered.

Delivered by Cantiere Navale Ferrari in 1989, the hulking mass you see before you didn’t actually become Dubawi until Platinum Yachts got ahold of it for an extensive transformation. But anyone who isn’t quite satisfied with the layout needn’t worry.

“Dubawi has a lot of possibilities in rearranging the internal volume to fit the needs of her new owner,” reads the official listing.

“She currently has a massive guest lounge and 2 x Majilis (salons) that can be reorganized to create different spaces such as a game room, a cinema, and much more.”

What does this seaworthy luxury vessel currently offer without any further intervention?

Aside from being more than capable of accommodating up to 44 guests across eight VIP suites, 13 doubles, and two owner’s staterooms – the latter of which apparently enjoys a dedicated deck with an elevated outdoor jacuzzi – as well as room for 71 crew members, you can expect the following amenities:

  • Swimming platform w/ fountain
  • Fully-equipped nightclub w/ lighted dancefloor + high-tech sound system
  • Hospital room
  • Commercial-grade kitchen
  • Office
  • Elevator “servicing all interior decks”
  • Plenty of space for activities
  • Plenty of art deco charm

“She is the perfect royal yacht for someone looking to travel the world with a large group in ultimate privacy,” broker Mathieu Bardon recently told Robb Report.

“Not many yachts have their own nightclub onboard.”

Dubawi houses twin MAN engines that enable a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots. At the time of this writing, it’s docked in Dubai just waiting to be purchased. According to Robb Report, the price tag hovers around the US$35 million / AU$50 million benchmark.
