International football star Cristiano Ronaldo has teamed up with Italia Independent to launch CR7, his very own line of sunglasses. The result of a year-plus worth of design efforts, these sunnies will range from classic silhouettes in โsubdued huesโ to bolder and more colourful retro-style offerings.

This first release will feature a collection of seven distinct styles โ a reference to Ronaldoโs jersey number โ each one rich with detail. Sunglasses can be sorted into three categories: metal, acetate, and TR90 injected plastic.
Sporting a number โ7โ in the frame, CR7 logo on the temple, and laser-imprinted signature in the corner of the lens, there are five colour variants for each style. Prices range from US$79 to US$150.
Despite being available for purchase in over 70 countries, the Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 sunglasses currently do not ship to Australia โ yet. But you can check them out over at cr7-eyewear.com.
