Some of you may have noticed posters of entrepreneur Gary Vee – real name: Gary Vaynerchuk – all over the streets of Melbourne, Australia.

Portraits of the internet-savvy multihyphenate first appeared late last week along with nothing more than a quote from the man himself, a QR code, as well as a discreet The Hour Group logo on the top right corner.

What’s even more compelling is the fact the official Instagram account of The Hour Group’s tour series – An Evening With (@aneveningwithaus) – has recently archived all its pre-existing posts, leaving nothing but digital versions of the aforementioned Gary Vee posters.

So what’s going on?

While a formal announcement hasn’t been made just yet, the logo and QR code – which actually sends you to The Hour Group’s website – might be the dead giveaway about whatever plans/commitments Gary Vee has in relation to Australia.

For context, The Hour Group has previously executed tours ranging from An Evening With Khabib Nurmagomedov, An Evening With Kobe Bryant, to An Evening With Shaquille O’Neal.

Later this month, the South Melbourne-based operation will bring another Dagestani icon in Hasbulla Magomedov to our sunburnt shores, in addition to NBA great Shaq for a second time. Both headlining names on equal terms.

Now I ain’t a betting man, but if I had to hazard a guess, I’d put good money on Mr Vaynerchuk being in Australia at some stage very soon.

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
