While everyone waits for the public release of the actual Tesla Cybertruck, Elon Musk continues to release products inspired by the as-yet-unreleased electric ute, with recent examples including the childrenโ€™s Tesla Cyberquad bike and more recently the Tesla Sipping Glasses that didnโ€™t stand up by themselves. Muskโ€™s latest overpriced offering is Tesla GigaBier, which takes the form of the increasingly anticipated Cybertruck and contains traditionally made German beer.

Naturally, itโ€™s a limited edition that justifies itself as paying tribute to the โ€œ500-year tradition of German Reinheitsgebot beermaking,โ€ and arrives in the sweet but malty form of a pilsner style. What will really get the tech broโ€™s hearts pumping is the fact that Tesla GigaBier is brewed from the EV automakerโ€™s โ€œexclusive strain of Cyberhops,โ€ a detail thatโ€™s about as convincing as the recent MoonSwatch that was โ€œproduced exclusively once a month during [the] full moonโ€. Please.

If the โ€œcyberโ€ and โ€œgigaโ€ prefixes werenโ€™t already enough to see you reaching for a good old can of VB, Teslaโ€™s new hoppy concoction arrives in a futuristically-styles glossy black container that presumably justifies the โ‚ฌ89 (AU$144) price for a three-pack of the stuff. Maybe by the time you finish a box or two, youโ€™ll forget that weโ€™re all still waiting for the Tesla Cybertruck to arrive.
