A Mouth-Watering Cheese Event Is Hitting Melbourne Next Month

That’s Amore Cheese has announced its two-day festival – The Collection – dedicated to celebrating all things cheese, and set to take place in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Showcasing all 65 cheeses in the That’s Amore range, from Burrata, Caciocavallo, Blue Cheese, Washed Rind, White Mould Cheese, Buffalo Mozzarella, Truffle Cheese, Drunken Buffalo Cheese, to grilled cheeses… you’ll be able to sample each and every one for the the low, low price of a general admission ticket ($30 for the early bird sale, $35 from July 15th onwards).

GA tickets will also cover a glass of wine or beer upon arrival, live music, and a mini cannoli to finish. Each ticketed session will run for approximately 2 hours and 15 minute. Any cheeses that tickle your particular fancy, cheese-themed showbags, additional drinks, as well as additional cannoli will also be available to purchase.

For the real connoisseurs looking to deep dive into the sacred dairy product, 30-minute Masterclasses will also be on offer, hosted by celebrated cheese and wine experts: cheesemonger Anthony Femia of Maker & Monger, cheesemaker Helen Ritchie, international wine judge Anthony Nania, and even That’s Amore Cheese founder Giorgio Linguanti.

Masterclasses cost an $70 per person (includes General Admission perks), and given the whole matter of COVID-19, will have limited attendance numbers of 15 people in a single session.
