The Formula 1 2020 calendar has been revised with the announcement that fans will be receiving an additional four races. The season is set to bring the action to Turkey, before heading to Bahrain for a back-to-back doubleheader, and hopefully finishing off strong in Abu Dhabi.

This update also comes with the confirmation that the postponed Chinese Grand Prix will sadly not go ahead this year given the circumstances. Still, that brings the grand total for the 2020 season to 17 races. Certainly nothing to complain about given there was a moment we believed zero races would occur.

“[We] want to thank our partner Juss Sports for their support and engagement in recent months and hugely look forward to returning to Shanghai next year,” said F1 in a press statement.

This weekend (August 28th to 30th), the Belgian Grand Prix will take place in Spa-Francorchamps, with the Italian Grand Prix scheduled for the following week in Monza (September 4th to 6th).
