One of the best-looking concept cars announced in recent history has to be the Hyundai N Vision 74 โ€”conceived by the legendary Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro and reportedly housing a futuristic hydrogen fuel-cell power unit. Now, you can buy your very own miniature example as the South Korean automaker announces itโ€™ll also be selling a remote control (RC) version of the Hyundai N Vision 74.

Currently, itโ€™s understood that only 100 examples of the full-sized Hyundai N Vision 74 will be produced (70 for the road, 30 for track racing). Meaning this 1:10 scale replica will be the next best thing. Measuring 46 centimetres long, 18.5 centimetres wide, and 12.5 centimetres tall, it arrives with an off-the-shelf CTX-2000 pistol controller, complete with a throttle trigger and a side-mounted steering wheel.

For decades, Giorgetto Giugiaro was one of the worldโ€™s most prolific automotive designers, responsible for everything from the Lotus Esprit S1 featured in James Bondโ€™s The Spy Who Loved Me (and the Lotus Esprit Turbo in For Your Eyes Only) to the latest DeLorean Motor Company Alpha5 EV.

Giugiaroโ€™s relationship with Hyundai dates all the way back to the mid-70s, around the time he created the Pony Coupe, which served as a principal inspiration for John DeLoreanโ€™s DMC-12 of Back to the Future fame.

The Hyundai N Vision 74 RC will soon be available for purchase via the Hyundai Collection site for โ‚ฉ498,000 (AU$565). Keep an eye out on the link below.
