In an effort to help a growing – and unmet – demand, we may all soon be practising recommended hygiene standards with Archie Rose hand sanitiser.

It’s no secret that COVID-19 has forced business across the globe to adapt, which now includes Archie Rose Distilling Co themselves; hence this full scale production and sales push towards individuals and businesses.

As for the product itself, you’ll be glad to know the formulation follows World Health Organisation guidelines to the tee. Essentially ensuring that it’s effective – but also quite scrummy, given the signature Archie Rose botanical distillates. Distillates you may already be familiar with through their equally scrummy gins:

  • Grapefuit
  • Cassia
  • Cardamom
  • Thyme

“We as a business and team, along with the retail and hospitality industries, and all Australians, are facing incredibly difficult times,” says Will Edwards, Archie Rose founder.

“We are, however, in a very unique position to manufacture this essential product, leading to the tough but clear decision to divert our spirits capacity to manufacture hand sanitiser.”

The core production team has diverted all efforts towards this endeavour, with approximately 4,500 bottles of 500ml Archie Rose hand sanitiser now available for pre-sale purchase via the official Archie Rose website.

“I’m incredibly proud of our team for having turned around this product from concept to launch in under ten days, and we will continue to produce sanitiser for as long as we can, or as long as is required.”

The first batch is ready to ship, due to leave the distillery Thursday the 26th of March. Each bottle of Archie Rose hand sanitiser will retail for $20.

Find out more and order you own bottle over at archierose.com.au.

UPDATE: The pre-sale is now sold out. Standby for the next batch.
