The Killers Are Returning To Australia For 2022

Right-o, champions. We’ve been stuck inside on and off for the past years. Now it’s time to come out of our cage and feel more than just fine. Because The Killers have just announced a bunch of Australia and New Zealand shows for their 2022 Imploding The Mirage tour – marking their first time back on our sunburnt shores since 2018.

Arriving two years after the tour in question was originally scheduled for – and named after the band’s sixth studio album The Mirage, which peaked at #1 on the ARIA charts – the icons behind such early-to-mid-2000 anthems such as ‘Mr Brightside’ and ‘When You Were Young’ will soon be gracing Brisbane, Perth, Geelong, Melbourne, and of course, Sydney in successive fashion.

As an added bonus, the Brandon Flowers-led outfit will also be making an appearance at the A Day On The Green concert series. So if stadium gigs aren’t exactly your flavour, you’ll have the opportunity to witness them in all their glory at outdoor shows hosted in wineries around Australia.

The Killers are currently scheduled to hitting Australia and New Zealand for their 2022 Imploding The Mirage tour on the following dates:

Friday 25th – Christchurch (Christchurch Arena)
Tuesday 29th – Brisbane (Brisbane Entertainment Centre)

Saturday 3rd – Barossa Valley (Peter Lehmann)
Tuesday 6th – Perth (RAC Arena)
Saturday 10th – Geelong (Mt Duneed Estate)
Tuesday 13th – Melbourne (Rod Laver Arena)
Saturday 17th – Hunter Valley (Hope Estate)
Monday 19th – Sydney (Qudos Bank Arena)

Pre-sales will be available for both Frontier Touring members and those interested in A Day On The Green from November 11th, with general ticket sales opening the following Monday on November 15th.
