UPDATE: Bookings for Boss Hunting x IWC yacht transfer have now closed. You can still book publically available slots for a general tour of the Roadshow exhibition here.

IWC Schaffhausen’s globetrotting sensation is back on Australian shores in a huge way with the return of the Big Pilot Roadshow, this time to the sparkling shores of Sydney Harbour. After another lap around the world since its takeover of Melbourne’s Federation Square last February, the striking brand pop-up will take over Circular Quay’s Overseas Passenger Terminal this weekend from August 24th-27th (Thursday to Sunday).

And we want to invite you to experience the Big Pilot Roadshow by way of a Pardo 43 luxury yacht. That’s right – we’re giving away free spots onboard the IWC-branded cruiser on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings for you and a mate. The Boss Hunting exclusive vessel will depart from Rose Bay Wharf before a Roadshow exhibition tour at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

Register your details below and select your preferred timeslot to be eligible. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, exclusively for Boss Hunting readers. Each successful entrant will be notified by email and is welcome to bring one guest.

IWC Schaffhausen’s Big Pilot Roadshow tour began in July 2021 in Edinburgh with over twenty-five stops throughout Europe, United States and Asia. Housed within industrial shipping containers, the high-tech product showcases allow the general public to get hands-on with the best from the timekeeper’s iconic Pilot’s Watches collection.

The hero timepiece on display is undoubtedly the IWC Big Pilot’s Watch. The once-functional tool for aviators has evolved into a bold, oversized wrist statement with an undeniable presence in horological circles and collections the world over. There’ll also be various TOP GUN iterations on show in their glorious ceramic colourways, including the Mojave, Lake Tahoe and Woodland Big Pilot’s Watches.

Guests will also spy the brand’s ongoing partnership with Mercedes-AMG on display, serve cocktails from local gin distillers Archie Rose, and spin tunes through sunset.

If you’re unsuccessful in nabbing a spot on the boat, it’d be remiss of us not to mention that slots for the general public are available to book by anyone (unfortunately sans yacht). Appointments are strongly recommended, hosted by an IWC specialist, and are 30 minutes in duration.
